Lately, I’ve been reading about a concept called “medical homes”.
Essentially, a primary care physician is being paid extra to coordinate a patient’s care through routine visits, screenings, specialists and hospitalizations.

Major U.S. Media outlets are all over the Sandwich Generation topic today.
ABC News has a story Sandwich Generation Faces Massive Stress in Caring for Aging Parents and Kids (in other news, water is wet) and CNN posted Great Web sites when aging parents need help.
