Forward From Here: Leaving Middle Age–and Other Unexpected Adventures
Via The Washington Post, I learned about a book, Forward From Here: Leaving Middle Age — and Other Unexpected Adventures by Reeve Lindbergh, who is the youngest child of Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh.
Though I haven’t read it, it seems timely what with all the current talk in the media about “aging gracefully”, and the “young old”.
From The Washington Post review:
In Forward From Here, Reeve Lindbergh’s winsome meditation on aging and other matters, she confesses that she hasn’t quite decided whether her style, as she enters her 60s, ought to be “Gracious Old Lady” or “Elderbabe.”
That description alone makes me want to check it out.
