AARP Best Employers 2007
It’s getting to be the list time of year.
AARP has announced the 2007 Best Employers for honoring innovative employers that have created welcoming workplaces for their 50-plus employees.
I’m not over 50, so, I don’t have first hand experience, but, I hope this listing doesn’t have the controversy that the Working Mother Magazine’s 100 Best Companies 2007 List has.
What about you? Do you have experience at any of these companies? Are these benefits meaningful to “older” workers? Are the needs of older workers different than their younger counterparts?
